Get up early

Oil is mostly used in cooking. If you do not use the right oil in your food, then it can have adverse effects on your health. So always try to use high-quality oil.

Take care of food

Never skip breakfast to stay healthy. Eat lunch on time. Try to have dinner before 8 o’clock at night. Always make dinner light. Along with this, drink a glass of turmeric milk before sleeping.

Do exercise regularly

Keeping yourself fit without exercise is just a fantasy. So try to exercise regularly. Lack of exercise leads to obesity. Obesity affects the sexual ability of men. If you can’t find time to exercise, take a walk to get anywhere. Along with this, use the stairs in the office or at home.

Avoid Junk Foods

Men who live away from family mostly eat junk foods. Eating junk foods has a bad effect on the health of men. Consuming excessive junk foods leads to a decline in the quality of sperms. Instead, take sprouted grains, two bananas and juice for breakfast.

Don’t eat packaged food

Do not consume more packing foods. Metals are used more in such foods, which are not considered good for health for men.

Stay away from alcohol and smoking

Men smoke more than women. Smoking proves to be fatal for everyone’s health. So avoid consuming smoking.

Do not work with laptop on thighs

If you are in the habit of working at home or in the office by keeping the laptop on the thigh, then change it immediately. It has been proved in many kinds of research that it has a negative effect on virility. You can also become impotent by this habit of yours.
